We want everyone involved with Juneway Electronics to be happier because of the existence of our Group. This happiness indicator is not equivalent to the profit of the company. We believe that every day we run this business, we also work hard for everyone's happiness so that everyone and their families will be better because of our existence. When we keep this idea in mind, we are one step closer to how we define success, that is, to redefine happiness.

I feel the true value of Juneway Electronics is not only the advancement of technology, scalable growth, increasing profitability, and to win over competitors. Instead, to create a new type of happiness for everyone involved in this business.

20 years ago, we were just an ordinary electronic parts manufacturer. Under the wisdom, vision, and hard work of the predecessors, we became the first professional fuse manufacturer. We stood on the waves of rapid economic growths and experienced impact of changes in the global economy. Today, we have close to 1,000 partners working together, and entered our business and technology into various fields, with business group across Asia and the Americas.
然而，我们却也越来越明白，一路走来，推动我们成长的力量，不单只是技术的进步，也不只是更强的商业竞争力。我知道我们所追求的是一种价值信仰，真正带着我们往前走的动力，是信任、是责任、是爱。然而，在面对全球产业环境的巨变，各种严峻的挑战从未减少下，当我看着工作同仁们在岗位上发挥所长，散发自信，当我看着合作伙伴获得成功的喜悦、事业规模扩大成长。我想，我们正走在对的方向上。这就是我心中所期盼的，让每一位与我们有关的人，过得更幸福。

However, we are also becoming more aware of the forces that drive us to grow are not only technological advancements or stronger competitiveness. I believe that we are pursuing a value belief system, where trust, responsibility, and love are the key underlying driving forces that leads us forward. Yet, when facing tremendous changes in the global industrial landscape, there will always be challenges. But when I see our colleagues shine with confidence accomplishing their jobs, expanding our businesses, and seeing the joy they receive from the achievements, I know we are on the right path. I wish in my heart to let everyone related to us live a happier life.
我们持续寻求转型、组织改造，藉由各个事业部的权责明确、决策灵活，我们用企业资源的整合力量，作为各事业部的后盾，用更敏捷、更坚定的步伐前进，迎接未来每一天的挑战。所有大大小小的改变，都还在进行中。未来的路程，我仍然期待着、仍然时刻提醒着自己，秉持创造新幸福的初心，定能走得更远、更好，让更幸福的事在我们身边发生。

We continue to seek transformation and organizational reform, through well-defined rights and responsibilities of each business unit to enable flexible decision-making. We utilize the integration power of the companies resources to support each business unit, and proceed with agile and solid pace to embrace future challenges. All small and big changes are still taking place. In the future, I still look forward to, still remind myself to uphold the original belief from my heart to create new happiness, that we go farther and better, and allow the happier things take place around us.
